We work tirelessly to support Alaskan families, and we believe in their endless potential.

Alaska Family Services provides a wide-range of supportive services to families and individuals living in Alaska communities.

DVSA Services

Crisis response and shelter to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Counseling

Mental health and substance use counseling services.

Advocacy

Collaboration with the court system to provide monitoring and legal advocacy.

Family

Access to childcare assistance, WIC, breastfeeding peer counselors, parenting classes, work services, & access to Thanksgiving meals and gifts during the holiday season.

Whether you donate to or buy from Family First Treasures, you’re supporting Alaska Family Services’ clients. For any purchased items, 100% of the net proceeds support our clients. For many clients of our domestic violence and sexual assault shelter, the only option is to start over. To help with this, we make sure that they have full access to donated items at no cost to them.
