Big Lake BBQ & Summer Concert Fundraiser

Saturday, July 2nd

1pm - 7pm

Join the Alaska Family Services Board of Directors at the home of Vanessa & Mike White for a fabulous all-you-can-eat pulled pork BBQ, boat rides, silent auction, & live entertainment provided by "Icy Grooves".

Parking and shuttle bus rides available from Big Lake Elementary beginning at 1pm to 7pm.

with the purchase of a $50 ticket, attendees will be entered to win prizes to include a twin set of kayaks or handmade quilt!

Alaska Family Services provides a wide-range of supportive services to families and individuals living in Alaska communities.

DVSA Services

Crisis response and shelter to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Counseling

Mental health and substance use counseling services.

Advocacy

Collaboration with the court system to provide monitoring and legal advocacy.

Family

Access to childcare assistance, WIC, breastfeeding peer counselors, parenting classes, work services, & access to Thanksgiving meals and gifts during the holiday season.

Whether you donate to or buy from Family First Treasures, you’re supporting Alaska Family Services’ clients. For any purchased items, 100% of the net proceeds support our clients. For many clients of our domestic violence and sexual assault shelter, the only option is to start over. To help with this, we make sure that they have full access to donated items at no cost to them.
